good to start with, good rotations, social life is not affected that much, good money to start with, work around the world

Cons

not fair in promotions, you have to have connections in the management, you reach a dead end in money after a few years, move over to office after few years

not the best in training and not the best in management, you have to have connections to get promoted. employee divelopment is not very well
