4year experience with Weatherford in Russia on 2 locations - opportunity to work on interesting oil&gas projects in Russia, nice friendly team

Cons

Weatherford in Russia runned very agressive aquisitions campaign, affilated smaller local companies but did little to properly incorporate them into their structure. There was more or less clear career planning in place only for technical specialists, other professional staff was employed years on the same positions with the same pay rate.
