Flexible work schedules. The team is very nice. They try to help you a lot if you have trouble even though they are on very busy schedule...

Cons

Management is lacking, meaning you receive very very little to no feedback at all about your effort outside of your immediate team

The company is very human, they take good care of the employee, it is a big company that could have a very good future

Cons

The matrix organization the way is implemented give all the power to the country or region managers and leaving no power at all to the product lines or business units, that is a terrible mistake and it what is taking the company to bad results, The actual CEO must be fired, that is urgent.
