Pros
Excellent benefits; up to the minute IT technology; many great co-workers; I was not micro-managed
Cons
Training and development efforts were only available to field personnel; constant changes with little to no communication of what the changes were; zero job security; very oppressive HR department who never responded to calls or emails; only engineers had the opportunity to advance. I was told there was no career path for my position and that support people were not allowed to receive performance ratings above a 'satisfactory' because we made no real contribution. Creditor calls were constant as bills were never paid in a timely manner. Reorganizations were constant and confusing. The ink was barely dry on the new org chart before the next reorg began.
