      Nice Benefits and Building, however, Poor Communication and Management

      Pros

      Very nice building in Houston. Most of the employees I encountered were both competent and friendly. Benefits and pay are good.

      Cons

      Management was some of the worse I have ever encountered in my career. Very unsophisticated, and uneducated, and decisions are made in a vacuum. New employees are not given any training, nor given any direction and then slammed for not fitting into the culture. There was no work- life balance.

      Pros

      worked all over the world while I was assigned to an international rotations. North america, south america, Europe, North Africa, sub sahara, middle east.

      Cons

      Weatherford is always looking for a new jobs, contracts to keep their people busy all year around. Work - family balance is appreciated. Trainings are well organized and well done.
