      you can go up very early. A lot of benefits than salary. Work-life balance is Good

      Cons

      If you dont go up, then you get stuck - opportunities are very unpredictable. 50/50 chances for a Petroleum Engineer to be technically groomed in Pure Petroleum.

      Pros

      You may meet good clients while on a project. A job with Weatherford can be treated as a beginner job to get experience in the industry. Good health and dental package and opportunities to receive educational reimbursement in some cases.

      Cons

      Too much upper management and few employees. Managers and sales staff are very heavy handed and in most cases lack enough experience or technical knowledge to run a department. Pay package is low for most fields of work and almost half as much as competing service companies or the average market rate for the job with little or no raises. Lack of proper training for most jobs and a lack of career advancement. To save a few bucks, the company is known for firing experienced staff to replace them with completely inexperienced people.
