      Lack of training makes it difficult on the job

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers and good spread of clients to work for.

      Cons

      Lower paid compared to other service companies. The training was practically nonexistent. Must find all information yourself unlike other companies that usually prepare you with more learning material. Field hands must also do hot shot runs and do not get extra compensation for it.

      Pros

      Benefits are one of the best things at this company. Salary is ok, and safety standards are looked after as well.

      Cons

      I worked in the Fracturing Technologies department in Alice TX. The culture is pretty bad, a lot of superior with only GED education which translates into poor management and bad company culture. Human Resources is not that great as well.

      Pros

      Never a dull moment. Great, young and dynamic team atmosphere. Very much a "CAN DO" atmosphere. Lot's of freedom to make a difference. Great on-boarding and general safety system.

      Cons

      Sometimes, tough tactical maneuvers cloud the overall strategy. Good systems, started, but not fully implemented. Too many "initiatives" at once.
