Poorly run company, but enjoyable if you are in the right division

Because the company is poorly run from top to bottom, there is a lot of leniency and flexibility. You can negotiate for a lot of perks and slip by with a lot of extras because the rules throughout the company are so poorly managed.

Cons

I was always concerned Weatherford was going to collapse at any day.

In my opinion the company is becoming much more of a "machine", it makes it a colder place to work and impacts employee loyalty.
