Pros

LEAN company which allowed easy access to all levels from all levels in the organization. CEO is open to ideas and suggestions from everyone and follows through with an open door policy Committed to to grow/promote from within and works to identify and develop skills and strengths in every employee Committed to transparency and keeping everyone at the company informed with plans and the state of the company

Cons

the need to be as optimized and streamlined as possible for every shift every day can lead to stress, but also keeps the job exciting and prevents stagnation hard work is rewarded but at times you need to make certain you promote the hard work that you do

Terrible Pay, a ton of favorism and immature supervisors.

Pros

Flexibility. I'm trying to think of more pros, but I just can't.

Cons

The Flexibility comes at a cost if you're working both shift. You either come early and play the lottery game, or you come in on time and not get work or get work that will cost you more money than you're getting paid back in gas. You can sit there for 10 hours a day and make nothing. This will all depend on how much you're liked there. There are no growth in this company and they treat you as expendables. You will spend on average of 300-400 dollars on gas per pay check, and your paycheck can be 600 dollars. You're making 200 dollars for 2 weeks working over 6-10 hours a day. You use your own car and the maintenance cost builds up really fast. Unless you're being favored, this job will cost you money to work. Craig is a nice guy, but he needs to pay attention to his drivers because dispatchers don't care about their drivers.

Pros

There is very little supervision. Opportunities to make tips and you are reimbursed for gas/mileage as well as cell phone data use

Cons

Inevitable wear and tear on car and you have little control over how far you drive. First come first serve basis
