Pros

Flexibility. I'm trying to think of more pros, but I just can't.

Cons

The Flexibility comes at a cost if you're working both shift. You either come early and play the lottery game, or you come in on time and not get work or get work that will cost you more money than you're getting paid back in gas. You can sit there for 10 hours a day and make nothing. This will all depend on how much you're liked there. There are no growth in this company and they treat you as expendables. You will spend on average of 300-400 dollars on gas per pay check, and your paycheck can be 600 dollars. You're making 200 dollars for 2 weeks working over 6-10 hours a day. You use your own car and the maintenance cost builds up really fast. Unless you're being favored, this job will cost you money to work. Craig is a nice guy, but he needs to pay attention to his drivers because dispatchers don't care about their drivers.
