Great benefits such as health care and 401k.

Cons

Management complains about the bad employees but never fires them because they are so short staffed. Unlimited call in days for those bad employees. The few good employees are never rewarded for their hard work of picking up the slack for the lazy ones. If you want your way, just run up to the manager’s office or HR and cry to them, you will get whatever you want like change of shifts or extra time off for vacation!!
