Pros
Great work life balance. Good place to Learn not to Earn. Ugam will give you good platform.
Cons
Very worst yearly appraisals. You can never get such hikes lower than here anywhere that's for sure even if you perform well. Null contact between top level management and the backbones. Facilities are open to learn but no opportunities to expertise in your learning. Third rated behaviors from the Mumbai Indians. There is no meaning for your stuffs and hard work if you are not bending to the managers from headquarter. I don't want to list more about them as the list would be longer. So, I am stopping here.
