      Great to work culture. Good Employee - Management relation. Convenient work timings. Competent Salary levels. Overall good to work with.

      Cons

      Works for Us and Uk clients. So, Night shift is mandatory in certain roles.

      Good for Freshers and people willing to make career in non IT field

      Pros

      - Good for freshers - People are friendly - Talented people at the top most designations who sometimes can sit with you at lunch and share their experience - For people who are interested in front end technologies like HTML5, javascript etc and in survey programming this is really good company - Cafeteria, meditation room, rest room, game room , pickup, drop from railway station , home drop at night and TV you can enjoy if less work load

      Cons

      - Not good for BE people this is not an IT company at all but still one department handles java applications - Salary and appraisals if you are hoping like IT company then it is not for you - BE People willing to make their career towards Software engineer this is not for you
