Pros

There are 2 segments - enterprise and Intermediaries. an MBA grad can get a project managers profile. The work culture is good, people are helpful. It's more of open door policy. If interested in market research operational work then you will love working here.

Cons

In intermediaries segment you will have to work in night shift. For the reason their clients are US and UK based. If you are okay with night shift then it's not a con.
