      appraisals are not transparent, favouritism, politics, people & efforts are not valued, structural issues, a person will always benefit if he/she is old in the system / or has worked previously with the company.. even if he/she is not worth. New-comers are not valued even after proving themselves again & again, HR is not approachable & pure dis-satisfaction towards employee engagement,

      Company seriously ruins employees' career. 1. NO proper salary 2. Thy are money focused. Employees are least respected. I worked here for 3 n half a year. I had no learning @ al except for the fact that it had good ambiance. 3. Finally @ CBC senor manager who works is seriously a waste fellow. fit for nothing. He simply displays his English skills to the young and innocent crowd. Unwanted domination. He knew nothing about the e-commerce domain. I don't know why management still have this guy. (Something fundamentally wrong abt it);
