appraisals are not transparent, favouritism, politics, people & efforts are not valued, structural issues, a person will always benefit if he/she is old in the system / or has worked previously with the company.. even if he/she is not worth. New-comers are not valued even after proving themselves again & again, HR is not approachable & pure dis-satisfaction towards employee engagement,
