Never consider it for the position of Software Testing or Software Quality Analyst

Washrooms are clean. Canteen is good. Transportation is nice.
Cons
While hiring, the position was discussed as Manual and Automation testing. But after joining the position was only for Manual testing. The Manager and Team Leader themselves don't know about Automation Testing. They said that I will get to work on Automation tools like Load runner and Selenium. But afterwards, my work included only Manual Testing. The managers and Team leaders are rude and use abusive language while speaking. They will always try to demotivate you and get the work done. They will purposely make you wait after working hours and make you slog even if work can be done on next day.While appraisals they will collate all your small mistakes and won't give you appropriate hike. After you have resigned, they will threaten you everyday that you won't get your relieving letter. Ugam ( Retail Tech ) should be always considered as last option.
