      - Good learning playground. - Good work environment and culture. - Flexibility in availing comp-offs, work-from-home if required. - Transport from pickup points and home drop(in case of night shifts)

      Market research company which deals with same kind of projects. Survey designs with different questions. Not for engineers and professional degree holders.

      Cons

      Long shifts, Same work. Market research companies are limited in India, and so you cant even imagine about switching over to someother company.
