Nothing . Before joining this organization please talk to any former employee and then take your decision

Cons

1) Salary is not as per industry standard 2) From Senior Management to HR all are big liars . No work ethics they manipulate data before any presentation to client and many a times Client has pointed out data issues. 3) Long working hours 4) Too much politics to get promotion or good hike. 5) Nothing is transparent in terms of Policies. 6) Mid and Senior Level manager are not efficient . List goes on and on .....

One of the best company to Work at. This is my second inning with the organization and I am Super satisfied. Awesome culture. Flexi work hours. No politics...you work and you get noticed.

Cons

As it is a growing organization there is work pressure but i enjoy as i get rewarded accordingly.
