If you wanted to work in Coimbatore and doesn't care about salary you may choose Ugam. Well opt for girls who wanted jon experience and don't have any responsibilities.

Cons

Salary is not at all compensting for what you work. You are tested your limits in work. If your project is not completed in time, you have to stretch your work time and complete it, in precise you have to do more night shifts without any benefits fot it to complete your project. Appraisals will not as expecting, one or two in a team will get good.
