      Management/ managers are too old in the system and not open for new ideas, working style All managers promotes late working hours and weekend working. Donkey work is preferred over an Individual talent

      Good working environment Very good place to learn the MR tools / get settled in MR industry.

      Cons

      From supervisors to till top management all are from Mumbai office. No visibility for the hard workers. No good R&R programs.
