      Pros

      Company offers day shifts. There are offs on weekends. The facilities within the company are clean.

      Cons

      No career growth. Very poor salary structure. Work on holidays without pay. No overtime pay. No salary raise even if one performs well. Appraisals take 4 months to complete. Poor management and reporting managers/team leaders. Management favours only their pets.

      - Approachable management - Exciting people to work with - Lot of exposure in terms of technologies

      Cons

      - not very good in terms of appraisals - Stressful work due to over commitments - Not great growth opportunities - Some technologies are very niche over here which may make you unemployable at other places

      Nothing i can find positive.

      Cons

      Company seriously ruins employees' career. 1. NO proper salary 2. Thy are money focused. Employees are least respected. I worked here for 3 n half a year. I had no learning @ al except for the fact that it had good ambiance. 3. Finally @ CBC senor manager who works is seriously a waste fellow. fit for nothing. He simply displays his English skills to the young and innocent crowd. Unwanted domination. He knew nothing about the e-commerce domain. I don't know why management still have this guy. (Something fundamentally wrong abt it);
