Pros

The benefits are great! Union dues cover the cost. The job is also good if you are looking for a workout and a reason to stay in shape. You get plenty of free t-shirts. They also have a decent tuition assistance program.

Cons

The work is fast paced and never ending. Be prepared for much more work and hours around the holidays. Be prepared to ruin a few sets of cloths as well.

Pros

You really can't beat working part time for a full time benefits package, plus perks and discounts from dozens of affiliated companies and service providers.

Cons

Despite the constant chatter regarding safety, when those packages start flowing and must be kept flowing, safety can take a back seat.

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities within the organization in different departments to take different career paths that is something that is important to you.

Cons

The organization is changing rapidly the way it once operated. Changes are being made operationally and from a compensation standpoint that do not motivate its employees.
