Pros

Great benefits. The 4 weeks of vacation actually include sick days. The benefits are good. Met and worked with many wonderful people. Product is good.

Cons

People are worked to death. Management does not know how to structure itself and work towards a better environment. Finger pointing. Departments do not speak to each other. Management infighting. To be promoted you had better be in the same cultural vertical.

1) Excellent pay and bonus 2) Great performance reviews 3) Excellent and co-operative coworkers. 4) HR is friendly and excellent. Not the usual drones you encounter in other places. 5) Company feels very 'friendly'

Cons

1) You are under a lot of pressure. 2) When a deadline looms you have to do overtime.

great job, great techno, good relationships between employees, involment in very exciting projects especially as engineer<; international career, many trips abroad enabling to know a lot about different cultures over the world.

Cons

management, process of decision too long, not clear, responsibilities not well settled. Difficulty to be heard, to endeavour. No entrepreneur-based approach. Strong network between people coming from the same school such as: Ecole centrale, Supelec, Sup-aéro, etc..
