      Great place to work if one is innovative, internally driven, enjoy improving processes & products, & like to work hard.

      Pros

      Excellent place for the self motivated individual who has a knack for identifying opportunities for improving products and processes and knows how to follow through with solutions. Management is open to doing things better when presented with creative well thought out of solutions. Executive staff is very approachable and supportive.

      Cons

      There are so many opportunities to shine it is hard to pick only one and follow it through to fruition. There is so much work and challenges that 10 hour days just don't cover the basics. Basic business processes and tools are immature resulting in a lot of unproductive time.

      Pros

      Good benefits, 4 weeks vacation, 401k. If you like travel, Thales gives you many opportunities to do so and it is great to take advantage of that.

      Cons

      Difficult to accomplish anything. Lots of travel in my position as program manager which i don't like. Thales is political and run by the french.

      Pros

      Innovative group of people that strive to provide the best product to customers, with a reliable system and the best support on the field.

      Cons

      Schedules are not well thought out from the inception of the program were sales people not necessarily know what the system is capable of doing and if the technology is ready to support such requirement.
