      Too much political distraction

      Pros

      Good benefit package with generous vacation time (4 weeks - inherited the French). Good bonus amount in place of lower than average salary. There're some real talented people working here.

      Cons

      Lots of politcal games. Despite being in the business for a long time, their software department was never matured nor organized. They focus a lot of on empty processes. Directors were being rotated constantly. The current one is really bad and caused a lot of people leaving. Abusive management never got let go. There's also a constant struggle between local software group and the counterpart from parent company in France.

      Bad move for professional development

      Large scale infrastructure project experience, working with all different sorts of people in an office, internationally well known in railway industry

      Cons

      Lack of respect of staff for HR Department, lack of career development, internal company system is very different from what is normally in the market
