Pros

Co workers. A small portion of their management is actually management material and is what management should be.

Cons

Their management is very poorly qualify to hold from supervisor jobs and up . Their rules for break time are ridiculous 15min twice a day for break this folks includes when your on the floor and you must use the bathroom or anything the time needs to be deducted from your two 15 min breaks you have the whole day . you cannot work a schedule you want or need . they give yu the schedule they want you to have . They won't pay you accordanly to your over time they will some how put every excuse out there that you some how were making up time . and the major thing they do is generate points on you for anything they possible can . for you being 1min late or if your computer was having issues and that isn't your problem they will give you points for not working giving you points is a terminology that goes the more you have the closer you are to getting fired. Not allowed to have paper,pencil or pen, nor your personal belongings on the floor. You have to ask for your lunch break everyday. This company needs some major rule changing and how they run . Needs to do more for its employees

Pros

Casual laid back dress code Customers were sometimes nice to work with Great coworkers who look out for you and treat you like a family member

Cons

constant pressure on agents, especially the nesting bay agents who just started out on floor favoritism customers can be rude and stupid for the most part picky people who monitor your calls and dock you for ridiculous reasons regardless if you followed all your call script or followed all procedures correctly lame attendance policies made promises they never kept supervisors never really take action or do something they say they're going to do run like a preschool

Pros

Theoretically good benefits, some events organised for employees, training with a nice trainer (quite low level training materials though) and good colleagues

Cons

Very low management strategies and almost unimaginably low work ethics. Very few of the benefits that were announced prior to the start were there in place or you had to push for absolutely anything to make it happen. Communication with HR is ridiculous - while they are supposed to be there for support they are almost impossible to reach being in a faraway building and almost never answering their e-mail. The work place policies ares yet the most ridiculous part of everything - you are monitored every second when in work and off-time allowed gives you practically no flexibility.
