Pros

At the right moment there is NO pros. The processes have gone. None cannot suggest anything that would make our work better, because the budged is strict, we get paid NOTHING, no bonus, the prices in our life went to the sky, and the management position gets everything and all benefits. The salaries for IT Helpdesk is under the average IT helpdesk's salaries globally, and sometimes we are thinking of coming to office, so pessimistic.

Cons

No processes, NO FUTURE! Upper management cares only about their "Please remove the bad language before submitting" . if we going request something that will improve our daily processes, they will say "numbers". How possible could someone have numbers on something that the management just ping you wherever you are, without any ticket, and they do not follow any process so you can show your "number". I can write cons for ever.

Pros

None, the company has not shown any endearing qualities the entire time I was there. Across All roles I worked.

Cons

Every employee who is in a production role is only seen as a seat. They do not look out for the wellbeing of their employees unless legally required to, and even then, they cut corners wherever they can. Their driving value is to look out for the bottom line, and they will spend as little as possible and avoid responsibility wherever it lets them save money. They are a predatory employer and will exhaust a workforce and adjust their standards to allow them to make as much money as possible. They do not practice the things which they advertise to their clients unless they have someone on location. If you are not in a production role, then you are held responsible for every situation where someone else drops the ball in process or procedure, taking up the slack and making sure goals are met, regardless of where the lapse occurred. There are no performance incentives, nor appreciation efforts made for support staff. They will run you into the ground and do not care about your mental health at all.

Pros

Remote, always overtime available, equipment provided for you.

Cons

Benefits are severely lacking. No paid holidays, and the 4 holidays you do get off you can’t work for double pay. You have to take the day off and you can either work 4-10s to get your 40 hours or 4-8s and miss 8 hours pay. Insurance is there only because they are required to provide it due to the amount of employees, so it is more expensive than state run insurance. PTO is awful. 1.3 hours every 2 weeks, so you work your tail off and only get like 4 paid days per year. I’ve taken one 3-day vacation in 2.5 years and only had enough vacation to cover two days. The job can be super stressful depending on your LOB. I take 80-90 calls a day, KPIs must be met daily, your supervisor is constantly on you every day reminding you where your stats need to be at, even though you know what they need to be, even if you are meeting them. Every second of time is accounted for, so you must be on the phones literally within 60 seconds of clocking in, there is no room for mistakes or settling in.
