They listen to every one of your calls and pick it apart. Your job depends on getting good surveys and every single negative one is 100% your fault

Welcome support didn't call me before my travel and they didn't tell me where my appartment is.

Pros

In a nice location, the city of `Lisbon` is good.

Cons

Do not relocate to another city for this company they are absolutely lousy. The worst company I have ever seen. They are suppose to train each person before they offer you a contract , the time of the training you are offered 2.5 euro , very low amount of salary that you can barely live on. Depending how long your training is , can be 1 week , can be 3 weeks and even after the training they can turn around and say you were not successful , the case of failing training can be for you to change projects which in that case you have to wait for weeks again before employed. They can also turn around and say we dont have any work for you after you have relocated for the company. From what I have seen with the Teleperformance Employee`s that they are not very bright and the company gives a lot of donkey work to do , sometimes the employees are very busy while others are chatting with each other , gossiping about people all day, there is no balance in their work ethics. They mess around a lot with employees by not paying them a decent salary and very spiteful company. The laws should review what this company is doing over again. They do not know what is right and fair.

Our HR department is clear about the process and the conditions and all our candidates are aware about the details of the future contract before they decide to join.
