Pros

Since last 3 yrs there's no pros. Empty promises all along. A good place for juniors to learn and use the opportunity for a stepping stone to other big company.

Cons

Very high turnover , no bonus pay-out, promises after promises only few people get paid for bonus. So if you work hard as well you wouldn't get paid. HR function always on the business side. No matter how much you have done for the business people wont notice or appreciate. A lot of blame culture in this company! Poor diversity, very obvious example Cosec dept in kl the HOD don't drive diversity and inclusion agenda .

Pros

Good people work there and dedicate themselves fully to the company. This is the only real value of the firm.

Cons

Terrible Management Economic Model based on increasing invoices for clients even when service is actually not rendered to them Management is motivated by Bonus based on turnover hence creating an unnecessarily poisonous environment

Lack of empathy

Pros

International teams. Lots of projects going.

Cons

Blame and ridicule culture to the point of bullying. Lack of empathy. Whenever staff asked the managers for guidance, they turn to challenge the staff as if the staff is a student. Managers form groups, if they like each other, they will help the staff from the other team. If they don’t like each other, nothing you can do but just wait until your manager is back. No personal approach. Evaluation is only one way communication.
