Not the best, but it could be worse

Pros

Easy. Not much thinking involved.

Cons

Less than stellar co-workers. Having to rely on sketchy people to make it in for a shift, and not having the full support of upper upper management really makes for stressful days and weeks.

Pros

Depends on manager, but food provided and mine had a set schedule. If you are incapable of making a sandwich, I suggest you don't work here. The hours were ok but I can assume not every location has set schedules. Once you get the composure of the different items on the menu, you could make them in your sleep and keep up with high volume traffic during peak hours.

Cons

Crap pay just as many jobs in our country. I found no way to advance in the career. The amount of ingredients per sandwich is not sufficient. Customers also complain a lot.
