      Pros

      -Strategy& work experience and people are on par with MBB -Competitive pay for consultants/associates -Great culture of fun, intellectual, and driven people

      Cons

      -PwC merger is unclear, and some decisions being made are questionable (Lotus Notes? No free lunch?) -Long hours, tough to keep work/life balance

      Pros

      Down-to-earth culture with very diverse and highly motivated and strong collegues. Team culture, achivement driven but no ranking - focus on helping eachother develop instead of being better than the rest. Very strong office culture, with many events and strong bonding - friends for life.

      Cons

      Uncertain future with the merger with PwC. Huge potential benefits if it works out, however also facing several challenges regarding leveraging the strength while maintaining a seperate premium brand.

      Pros

      Deep concern for clients. Real expertise and strong commitment to rigorous analysis to come up the best objective answer to the question at hand. A highly diverse talent base, with lots of people who can learn from one another's areas of depth. Longstanding relationships with some of the most important companies in the world.

      Cons

      Even with improvements over the past few years, still not bold enough, too driven by processes and profitability optimization vs. longer-term vision. Too many fiefdoms of different partner groups and practice areas, too little cohesion. Career progression too dependent on having strong mentors and a close tie into the team of one or another small groups of partners.
