Pros
Down-to-earth culture with very diverse and highly motivated and strong collegues. Team culture, achivement driven but no ranking - focus on helping eachother develop instead of being better than the rest. Very strong office culture, with many events and strong bonding - friends for life.
Cons
Uncertain future with the merger with PwC. Huge potential benefits if it works out, however also facing several challenges regarding leveraging the strength while maintaining a seperate premium brand.
