Pros

Insurance, good pay, stock options, discounts, customers are for the most part joys to work for.

Cons

The way they employ management is based on who you know. Not experience in some areas. Some managers don't have the experience needed. They wouldn't have schedules done in timely fashion. Don't listen. And, aren't very tactful with the way they say things. Managers should be very cautious how they say things sometimes.
