Pros

Flexible schedule, decent benefits for full time employees, option to buy shares of starbucks, good discounts. Also, Starbucks on your resume is recognized by other restaurant employees if you're trying to find another part time or summer job

Cons

Not really a long term job, limited promotion opportunities, only really a student or summer job. I wasn't expecting much in the first place.

Pros

Excellent place to build a career. The company is obsessed with quality, customer service and high employee engagement. Work / Life Balance is also a cornerstone of the organization.

Cons

Pay is not on the premium side. Advancement opportunities have slowed in recent years. Achieving results is a high priority and some measurements are extremely difficult to meet.
