      Pros

      Simplus recognizes that it hires top talent and expects that talent to be able to perform sans micro-management. That said, Simplus also hires smart, driven people who may need additional mentorship to perform in a role - and provides it. Simplus sets its people up for success, because Simplus knows that successful people are happy people, and successful, happy people make customers successful and happy.

      Cons

      The only downside is the recent merger with Infosys, but the integration process got significantly hampered by covid. There has been a large degree of uncertainty of exactly what to expect as a result of the integration, and a lot of the same high-level details repeated, without any clarity into how the integration will impact our day-to-day responsibilities or ability to execute on those.

      -training -certification bonus -competitive salary for junior consultants -flexible work schedule

      Cons

      -salary for mid/senior consultants -locked on a salesforce path for certifications, cannot move on to other certifications -unexperienced manager

Simplus has been rapidly growing since its start, and because of that we've always looked for many avenues to boost headcount and staff projects. Both our bootcamps and external hiring efforts have served this purpose. We've been happy to see many of our bootcampers continue to develop their skills and advance to more senior positions using our certification program and company-paid testing fees. This includes both Salesforce certifications as well as other valuable project management and technology platforms. We're sorry you have not felt the support or investment of Simplus in your own experience.
