      Great Place to Work and Learn Salesforce

      Pros

      - Supportive and transparent management team - Open and friendly culture - Remote work - Lots of opportunities to learn and grow

      Cons

      - I find some of the internal operations systems/processes inefficient, which can impact an employee’s productivity - Since being acquired by Infosys, we had to abide to some of their IT policies, which can also be limiting

      Amazing Company and Culture

      Pros

      I spent the past year and a half working at Simplus and it was the best work experience I've had to date. Simplus gives off a family vibe and everyone is unbelievably friendly/helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is considering an offer they just received.

      Cons

      Lots of work but thats expected at smaller consulting firms outside the top 4.

      -Good base Salary and bonus structure (although they moved from quarterly to semi-annual bonuses) -Culture

      Cons

      -No stock purchase plans -No stipend for WFH tech expenses -Linear promotion structure based on years experience
