SAY IT TO MY FACE POLICY. If it sucks..it sucks..don't hold back n be displomatic. Say it out even the person is your SVP. It may save many people life or yours. Safety is only priority. So many layers of redundant management and made-up positions. Expect at lesat 1 to 2 re-orgs every year; pray to not lose your job
