      Super Big Bonuses. Great team and management

      SAY IT TO MY FACE POLICY. If it sucks..it sucks..don't hold back n be displomatic. Say it out even the person is your SVP. It may save many people life or yours. Safety is only priority. No buts about it hence a 30min process takes 4hours because of safety checks etc. LSR- LIFE SAVING RULES. It will save you.
