      Pros

      The company allows you to pave your own way. Your success is dependent upon your initiative and dedication levels. There are high, highs and deep lows and in most cases, the highs outweigh the lows.

      Cons

      Very rigid in policy and procedures. Somewhat of a big brother when it comes to how you work. Work assignments in so far as promotions and such are tricky to maneuver.
