Pros

The technology and leadership commitment to developing the sales talent is without peer. There is an incredible drive toward excellence to get to the next level while also embracing the idea of "one team, one mission."

Cons

The pace and demand for excellence is not for the faint of heart. As the CEO states, "Trees don't grow to the heavens," but ServiceNow is on a growth path to exceed levels of greatness in the marketplace.

Rapid Growth, great opportunity, talented people

Cons

Not for everyone. There is no coasting at ServiceNow. Come caring about getting stuff done. Complacency and entitlement are not tolerated.

Very political environment - managers are not focused on developing employees, but rather on pleasing their managers. This stands in the way of productivity and goes against the company core values. Employees on the same team are made to compete with each other which creates a toxic work environment.
