stock price is not bad

Cons

terrible management, constant re-org, lay off people no business reason, distributed teams with little remote communication (which gives you reasons to travel all the time), old technologies in product Funny thing is, the cloud based IT solution provider has no quality internal IT systems in cloud.

Good Product, good people, fun to work with. Product is used for most of the work within the company too which says about the confidence level of their product. Interesting experiences. Salary and Benefits are good.

Cons

Middle management is mediocre and inclined to indulge in blame game rather than getting anything done.
