Pros

None whatever. Nothing to recommend here.

Cons

BULLYING The workplace is rife with bullying. The management bully staff, making us meet arbitrary sales targets in which we have no say in formulating.

Things are going downhill

Pros

Benefits, Holiday time, volunteering time, nice colleagues.

Cons

Archaic bell-curve employee rating process which is really an underhanded way of saving money by cutting raises and bonuses. A myopic move by management if ever there was one as morale is so low I don't know anyone who isn't looking to leave. Senior management set unrealistic targets for the sales teams and then avoid accountability when said targets aren't met. It's easier to blame/fire the lower level workers than accept responsibility. "The buck stops here" is not a plaque you'll find on Steven Kelly's, Steve Hare's or Blair Crump's desks. The spending freeze has caused innovation to grind to a halt. People have stopped asking for funding for necessary tools. Products are released without adequate testing (SL). No funding for personal development/training. Watching a Lynda video is a poor substitute.

Cons

No continuity in staff - either pushed out, fired, or leave Poor processes, internal systems, completely disjointed Can't trust senior leadership, do not pay as promised, likely to stab you in the back to get ahead.

As a current colleague, I am glad that you appreciate the flexibility, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion. We do this because we value our employees, and as you mentioned we have thousands of brilliant people across the business who serve and care for our customers. This includes friends and family as you mentioned. There is always room for improvement, and you left this review to voice your perspectives which is important. We encourage you to also share some of your concerns and solutions through our internal channels where you can truly make a difference.
