just like so many other companies, they come into the u.s. from foreign countries, get that tax break for 7 years or 10 years, whatever their agreement is when they come here, then they pack up & send everything back to another country. it was certainly not just this company,the last 3 places i have worked did the same thing...

Pay is flat with low pay increases with a good review. Work is repetitive and predictable, feel more like an assembly line worker rather than an aircraft mechanic
