Benefits are also generous. Work/Life balance depends on your field of work (customer support is one of the most demanding).
Cons
It might be difficult to push the boundaries of the frame. Sometimes the most simple thing takes a long time because of processes, ownership, etc. The same goes for career evolution: you will get lots of possibilities but maybe not the ones you are looking for.
