Great work-life balance but huge anonymous company
Pros
- If office based and not working in operations, work-life balance is great: can work from home, leave at 5pm, managers very supportive of doctors appointments etc. - Friendly colleagues - Travel (in some roles) is good and there is flexibility around extending trip for the weekend to visit the area
Cons
- Lack of management guidance for new graduates - Little transparency in terms of careers. When career review occurs (only every 3-5 years), there is no indication of how HR actually go about finding you a new job and you are only offered one at a time: no ability to choose. - Lack of drive among office-based colleagues. Poor motivation. - Unsociable office - although friendly, there are never any external gatherings despite high number of expats - Non-rotational graduate scheme means you only experience one role for 4 years
