      Travel opportunities, training and development opportunities. Good health benefits Good resume builder

      Cons

      Big company syndrome, little opportunities to grow in career. Management tends to be aloof, thinking only of themselves and forgetting the company is driven by the lower ranking employee's talents Lots of attrition, losing very talented and good people because of previous ill handled situations

      Good people. Interesting technology.

      Cons

      Dishonest HR practices and lack of transparency. Lack of corporation direction and strong management. Management by Objectives in one year cycles dominate everything and now quarterly IBT is the main corporate goal as a publicly traded company. Dying industry with lack of diversification. No control on future career path.

      Pros

      The pay was good. The annual bonus was the largest amount that I have ever received. With a few exceptions, the people there were excellent. When my coworkers are excellent at their jobs it pushes me to always do my best.

      Cons

      They don't enforce their own corporate policies in the remote offices. I worked at the Princeton, NJ facility. You would see the engineering department following the corporate policies. However, the production support department refused to follow most of the policies and it caused problems.
