      great benefits- medical insurance, salary above average, 24 vacation days per year, nice office, coffee and tea at discretion, Christmas parties.

      hard to keep a work-life balance; multiple colleagues highlighted to upper management lack of professionalism from direct manager but no resolution ever provided; lack of opportunities to grow or move between departments.
