Large employer Reasonable benefits package (- although an expensive location so not so great) Some Californian influence, sleep pods, subsidised food etc.
Cons
It claims to be in an exciting period of transition - trying to become agile and creative however this is being delivered on a budget Appalling dated culture persists - all forms of discrimation overtly demonstrated by senior staff and widely tolerated/ignored (lean HR) Surrounded by very expensive places to live Recruitment and retention issues due to the above issues and recent redundancy program A number of staff promoted well beyond their level of ability also due to above Far too many badly managed internal staff moves leaving gaping holes in the structure Agile principles inexpertly and badly applied - leading to inconsistent practice.
