Restaurant Associates has so much growth potential and a majority of the salaried managers have long tenure. I've learned a lot in the 18 months in my position and appreciate the training and development investments of the organization. The CARE philosophy is also really great! Fast-paced and time flies by! I also appreciate the flexibility to "own" your business and really make an impact on the people we work with. I am able to bring my best self to work each day!

Cons

As a manager, you have to find a balance with the volume of work on your plate. Not a "con" but just be self aware. My boss reminds me often to take care of myself (work/life balance) which is really great! Never a dull moment! :)
